I have been using Optima Press for the last 25+ years. In that time I have produced a large range of printed material. From simple DL flyers to large reports and prospectuses. I have always found the quality of the finished product to be outstanding, and all jobs are completed and delivered on time. In fact, we often ask for very short turn-arounds on some jobs. Optima’s team will quickly assess the request and will nearly always be able to find a way to get it done for us. They always go above and beyond to try and help with getting the product printed as quickly as possible. If they can’t, they will let you know up front and quickly. The customer service I have received over the years has been second to none. Their professionalism, expertise and eagerness to help in any way they can, has been fantastic. This note is to thank you for all your professional help in having my book ‘The Waterson Kids’ printed. This is the first book I have written. Recently I went to Optima Press to enquire about having a book I’d written printed & published. The staff were respectful, helpful & instructive. All my questions were answered in plain language I could readily understand. I was pleased with the books. The staff’s work ethic impressed me, nothing seemed too hard or inconvenient. I requested the books be published by a certain time & they beat that deadline by several days. And, the fact that I found it to be a one-stop venture was doubly convenient for me. I didn’t have to take the printed pages elsewhere to have them bound. The price was reasonable, and they made every effort to ensure this client went away happy.
